INTERFAX NORTH-WEST: The Russian Federation together with the Polish company PKP Cargo JSC intends to increase the transit of container trains, the branch press service said.

In Poland, Gdynia, negotiations were held with the leadership of the Kaliningrad railway and the Northern enterprise of PKP Cargo JSC. In particular, the parties discussed issues of optimizing the technology for passing container trains through international checkpoints on the Russian-Polish border Mamonovo / Braniewo and Zheleznodorozhny / Scandava, the press release said.
